Based on your inquiry, we hold a meeting online or in person. We ask you in detail about your issues, concerns, and requests, as well as the objectives you want to achieve.
Based on the initial meeting, we prepare a project plan, proposal, and quotation. We then take time for another meeting to explain the prepared documents.
With the project plan, proposal, and quotation, you place an official order and the project is launched.
We ask about business requirements, system requirements, non-functional requirements, and other requirements necessary for system development, and prepare a requirements definition document.
Based on the requirements definition document, we carry out everything from design to testing. During development, we create UI/UX designs for each screen or web page and propose the optimal design. After our testing is completed, you conduct acceptance testing.
After acceptance testing is completed, we handle the release, and then carry out operation, maintenance, and effectiveness measurement.
